Hi, I’m Molly.

I’m honored to hold space for transformation. I’m grateful to my clients who bravely share their vulnerabilities and allow themselves to be seen.

I’m a DEEP (read more here) therapist, primarily using this model to help undo aloneness around trauma and supporting the growth of my clients’ true self. Some call this self their higher self, soul, psyche, or the self beneath the persona. Prior to becoming a counselor, I was a Montessori guide for many years. I wrestled with perfectionism as a highly sensitive person. Ultimately I let go of lesson plans and trusted in the power of presence and attunement with children. To paraphrase Dr. Maria Montessori, I believe the responsibility of nurturing the child should be to kindle the light that exists in them already.

After becoming a mom, despite my excitement for being a mom and loving my baby, I struggled. I felt alone and robbed of a time that should have been one of the most idyllic moments of my life: bonding with my baby. I got help and discovered that I wasn’t alone. I continue to feel passionately about supporting women and their families during this time. I’m a wife and mother to three little women who continue to teach me how to show up and deepen my presence.

I’ve struggled and reached the other side with deeper roots and wider branches. With my own therapist, I found clarity and wisdom through my struggle. As a woman constantly deepening and stretching, I continue to do my own work. I’m involved in my own therapy, consultation, and continuing education.

The hero in each of us is required to answer the call of individuation. We must turn away from the cacaphony of the outerworld to hear the inner voice. When we can dare to live its promptings, then we achieve personhood.
